More pleasure with and from your pup - A guideline for the first weeks at home
Born
in 1947, he started his corporate career after finishing high school and
his military service at the Royal Navy.
For several years he worked for major international companies within the
ICT-sector, both in marketing and commercial functions.
During that period he studied pet behaviour as a hobby. As of 1995 he
started his own company and worked with pets and pet owners on a
professional basis. He was a judge for the behaviour of pedigree dogs
and he trained others in this discipline. Throughout the years he has
had the opportunity to assess the behaviour of over 7.000 dogs in
relation to their owners.
Furthermore he helps young entrepreneurs on their way to success.
The last few years he has broadened his knowledge about domestic birds
such as parrots an parakeets, considering this to be an "enrichment" of
his knowledge.
Henk Vervenne willingly shares his knowledge with others who have a
genuine interest and thus works together with renowned specialists in
their discipline
Henk Vervenne is furthermore also an experience expert concerning
changes within organisations.
Starting from new sales channels to mergers and becoming independent
again and the effects on people within the organisation using a
presentation about behavioural changes caused by learning processes or
experiences
Maslow's pyramid is used to get acquainted, in a recognisable and plain
way, with the feelings that may occur during these changes.
These feelings may consist of insecurity and searching and finding
solutions for them, in order get back in touch with his/her own safety
and to be able to function at a required level.
On a management level an inventory can be made of underlying feelings.
Using statistic information, it becomes clear, if needed per department
but anonymous, where the major problems lay.
This information will help to immediately work out further steps, using
one*s own insights, to optimize the collaboration with others
organisational forms
The employees are handed a tool that allows them to convert feelings of
insecurity into goal-directed activities within the new organisation.
